When your dancer celebrates as the guest of honor with a Bella Birthday Celebration, they become the main character in their own magical birthday story! Every celebration is as unique as your dancer; we want to celebrate what makes them special so that their big day is one to remember forever!

Each Bella Birthday Celebration includes:
- 1.5 hours of party time
- Bella Ballerina host to set up, facilitate and clean up your party
- Digital invitation to send to your guests or print and mail
- Tiara/crown craft for each guest
- Brief dance class featuring the guest of honor
- Special gift for the birthday boy or girl
- Bella Ballerina party game
- Adorable tutu or cape and wand party favors for each guest
- Cupcakes and juice for each guest
- Cups, plates, napkins, and utensils to use with the party treats
Our studios are boutique style and have limited space. We recommend parties be for children 3 and up who will attend with no more than one parent to ensure the best experience. Seating for parents will be limited.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS...
1. Can both boys and girls attend? What should they wear?
Absolutely! Both boys and girls will enjoy the party as we perform on stage with all dancers! Party favors can accommodate all guests as they can receive a cape or a tutu. Party guests do not need to wear any special dance attire or dance shoes. We will require that they only wear socks or bare feet in the studio to protect the specialty dance floors.
2. Can we bring our own food?
Although cupcakes are included, you may bring additional food to serve such as pizza or sandwich or vegetable platters or additional cake. We suggest bringing beverages that are self-contained such as water bottles or canned drinks and remember to bring additional paper goods or utensils for any foods you will be serving. We ask that no ice cream be served or anything that needs additional heating.

Please view the gallery at the top of the page so that you can get an idea of how the space will look as well as how the party favors will be packaged! We can't wait to help host your party!
4. How does the digital invite work?
We plug in all of your party details into an adorable invitation that we email and text to you after you book your party. You can then use that file to print and mail invitations if you choose or to simply text, message or email to your guests!
5. Can we extend the time of our party or bring additional activities?
We have found that 1.5 hours is a perfect fit for the age group that our parties cater to, and it also perfectly fits all the activities included. For that reason, we do not extend parties past the 1.5 hour time frame or allow for additional activities.
6. Can we add to the party favors or bring additional decorations?
Feel free to bring additional items when you arrive and we can add them to the party favor bags. Additional decorations may be permitted with prior approval.
7. Can we opt for allergy free cupcakes?
At this time we offer Gluten Free, Dairy Free alternatives. You are also welcome to bring additional cake or cupcakes to accommodate any other food restrictions.
8. Do we open our gifts on site or take them home?
We pack them up for you so that you can enjoy taking your time and opening them at home - we wouldn't want to rush you!
9. Is there a deposit required to book a party?
A $100 deposit is collected to reserve your party time. The payment for your party will be due 48 hours before the event begins!
