Adaptive Dance Classes

Our Bella Besties class is an adaptive dance class for dancers ages 3-8 who may benefit from a little more support in the classroom, and a few tweaks to our standard style of teaching! In this class, a trusted adult (parent, guardian, or similar) stays in the room with each dancer, giving them a little more support than what our traditional classroom setting offers. Dancers are then able to dance their hearts out and learn our amazing curriculum without the strain of inappropriate expectations!

HOW OUR CLASSROOM IS UNIQUE FOR BELLA BESTIES:
Every Bella Besties class is different, as we tailor the class based on the dancers who are joining us for the season. Classes are limited to a maximum of six dancers, to ensure we're able to customize our environment for your dancer's needs! The lights and music may remain low for dancers who prefer a less stimulating environment. We also skip tap shoes for our Bella Besties class, as those tapping noises can be tough on little ears! We dress up to match our story theme at the end of each class in sensory-friendly apparel guaranteed to be stretchy, soft and comfortable. And as with any Bella Ballerina class - if your little dancer isn't feeling this week's outfit, that is A-OK!

HOW OUR CURRICULUM IS UNIQUE FOR BELLA BESTIES:
The curriculum for this class blends movements from our Bunnies classes (2.5-4 years) as well as our Butterflies classes (4-6 years), but we will customize it based on the makeup of students in your Bella Besties class. We learn a dance to perform at the end of the session as well as in our optional recitals! All dances can be modified around physical limitations or equipment!

WHAT TO EXPECT IN THE BELLA BESTIES CLASS FORMAT:
We recognize that all children learn and develop differently, and what works for one child might not work for all! Bella Besties allows your little one to experience the joy of dance out without the stress of following traditional classroom expectations such as staying in one place for long periods of time, maintaining attention without assistance, or staying engaged for the entire class period. Bella Besties provides a safe place for your dancer to learn and grow based on their individual strengths and needs!

Class is once a week for 30 mins
12 week session, NO REGISTRATION FEE!

3 Equal Payments of $81.75
