Welcome to Bella Ballerina RVA, where dance dreams begin! We opened our doors in Chesterfield in February 2024 and Short Pump in September 2024, proudly serving as the area’s premier dance studio specifically designed for young dancers aged 18 months to 10 years.
At Bella Ballerina, every detail is crafted with young families in mind. Our studio is more than just a place to dance; it’s a nurturing environment where your child can thrive while you enjoy a thoughtfully designed space. We understand that little ones have short attention spans and busy schedules, so we offer flexible, short sessions rather than year-long commitments. Plus, with four make-up classes per session, we’ve got you covered if life’s unexpected moments arise, whether it’s a sick day or a family vacation. |

Our studio is equipped to cater to the needs of both parents and dancers. From a changing table stocked with extra diapers and wipes to a range of toiletries in our bathroom, we’ve thought of everything to ensure everyone is comfortable. Parents can unwind with a coffee or tea at our dedicated bar while staying connected to the action through our open sitting area that allows you to watch your dancer in action or pop over for a quick hug whenever needed.

MEET MS. ALLIE!

Allie Wine is the proud owner of Bella Ballerina RVA. Her dance career began at age 2 and spanned numerous styles of dance (her favorite is ballet!), choreographing for a school dance group, and taking classes recreationally as an adult.
Ms. Allie graduated from Virginia Tech with degrees in finance and accounting after which she earned her CPA designation. |
She spent over a decade working in financial planning and analysis for a mix of startups and Fortune 500 companies. Outside of work, she has served on the Touch a Truck committee for the Junior League of Richmond, where she helped host an annual family-friendly event to raise funds for the Junior League's mission of helping women in the community.
After becoming a mom, Ms. Allie made the decision to leave the corporate world and return to her first loves, dance and working with kids, by opening Bella Ballerina RVA! Her goal as a small business owner is to provide a new and unique offering to Richmond families - a magical space for children to grow and learn through the art of dance. Her goal as a dance instructor is to build confident, strong dancers who know their technical dance work but also know how to have some fun in the studio! Outside the studios, Ms. Allie, her husband, and her toddler daughter love spending time outdoors, visiting the children’s museum, and checking out new splash pads. Ms. Allie is excited to share her love of dance with the next generation of young dancers at Bella Ballerina RVA!
